David Letterman apologizes... Again.

The creepy David Letterman (and I say this as that is how I felt before any of this latest stuff has happened because I have always thought Letterman was just kinda creepy.) still does not seem to "quite" get it.

He seems to believe that he was guilty of being "perceived" of being crass. Instead of simply recognizing that it was just bad form to make jokes about politician's children.
